When should the electrical contractor get involved?
During design and preconstruction, before equipment and schedules are finalized. Early review helps align service capacity, lighting, equipment power, and lead times with the project.
What types of new commercial buildings have you worked on?
Our completed ground-up projects include restaurants and early childhood education facilities. The Andy’s Frozen Custard and Little Sunshine’s Playhouse projects show the range of electrical work involved.
Can you work with our general contractor and design team?
Yes. We coordinate the electrical scope, access, installation sequence, and changes with the general contractor, architect, engineer, and other trades as the project requires.
Do you handle utility and inspection coordination?
We coordinate the electrical requirements with the utility and local authorities as established in the project scope. Connection dates depend on the required approvals and utility scheduling.
What if the project is an existing-building renovation?
Our tenant build-outs and renovations service covers electrical changes within existing buildings, including new layouts, lighting, circuits, and equipment connections.
