Apartment / Hotel Renovations

We are experienced in the multi-unit projects where we have performed electrical renovations in apartment complexes and hotels ranging from small, six flat buildings to 500 unit apartment complexes. We understand the importance of scheduling and cleanliness while performing renovations in occupied units. We currently have maintenance agreements with many area property managers and assist them with their every day lighting and electrical needs.
