LH Block Electric Company, Inc.
WESTERN SUBURBS

Commercial electricians in the Western Suburbs

Our home region. From Bartlett and Bloomingdale to the Fox Valley and surrounding western suburbs, we support businesses with installations, upgrades, and everyday electrical service needs.

ELECTRICAL SUPPORT FOR YOUR FACILITY

A local team for the life of your facility.

From our Bartlett office, we work with commercial property owners, facility managers, and contractors across the western suburbs. A service request may involve a circuit that needs attention, an equipment connection, or lighting that no longer suits the space. A larger project may involve a tenant renovation, a facility move, or changes to power distribution. Tell us both the immediate need and any planned changes so we can discuss a practical scope.

Equipment and facility power

Plan connections for new or relocated machinery, distribution upgrades, and changes to the building’s electrical layout. Provide equipment requirements early so the supply and routing can be reviewed.

Lighting improvements

Discuss dim work areas, aging fixtures, and lighting controls. We install LED upgrades and assist with ComEd incentive paperwork for qualifying projects; eligibility and amounts depend on approval.

Occupied-space renovations

Coordinate office and retail build-outs with the owner, general contractor, and people using the space. Identify access restrictions and any planned interruptions before work is scheduled.

PLANNING YOUR PROJECT

Questions about working with us.

Where is LH Block based?

Our office is at 1281 Humbracht Circle, Suite K, in Bartlett. The western and northwest suburbs are a strong focus of our service area.

Can you help with warehouse lighting upgrades?

Yes. We install LED lighting and controls and assist with ComEd incentive paperwork for qualifying projects. Eligibility and incentive amounts depend on program requirements and approval.

Do you offer residential electrical work?

Our work focuses on commercial and industrial properties, including warehouses, manufacturers, offices, retail spaces, and tenant improvements.

Can electrical work be coordinated around our operating hours?

We discuss occupied areas, access, affected equipment, and any planned power interruptions before scheduling. Share your operating hours and shutdown restrictions when requesting a quote.

What should we send for an equipment hookup or relocation?

Send the property address, equipment voltage and amperage requirements, available drawings, proposed layout, and target date. Our scope covers electrical supply and equipment connections, not internal machine controls or repairs.
