WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH

Power for new machines and changing production needs.

Machine & equipment connections

Dedicated circuits, feeders, and disconnects for CNC machines, injection molding equipment, air compressors, and other production equipment.

Equipment distribution

Panels, transformers, and feeders arranged to support equipment voltage and load requirements.

Power drops & routing

Overhead and wall-mounted power routes coordinated with machine locations, crane travel, and access around the equipment.

Manufacturing relocations

Prepare power at the new facility and coordinate equipment disconnections and reconnections with the move schedule to limit production downtime.

From equipment requirements to power connections.

01

Confirm the equipment requirements

Review equipment specifications, voltage, phase, and electrical loads with your team. Check available distribution and identify the work needed at each machine location.

02

Coordinate routes and production timing

Plan power drops, conduit routes, and disconnect locations around the layout. Coordinate access, delivery dates, and any required shutdowns with your team.

03

Install and check the connections

Install distribution, circuits, and equipment supply connections. Complete electrical checks and coordinate required inspections and startup timing with the equipment provider.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

Common questions.

What types of equipment can you supply power to?

Our completed projects include CNC machines, injection molding equipment, air compressors, conveyors, and other production machinery. Share the manufacturer’s electrical requirements so we can review the connection scope.

Can you help before the final layout is ready?

Yes. Share the equipment list and proposed layout so electrical requirements, power-drop locations, routing, and access can be considered before machine positions are finalized.

Will new equipment require a service upgrade?

That depends on the existing electrical capacity and the new equipment loads. We review the available information to identify whether the work involves new circuits, distribution changes, or a broader service upgrade.

Can you coordinate a manufacturing relocation?

Yes. We can prepare power connections at the new facility and coordinate disconnections and reconnections with your move schedule. The JDI Plastics & Four Star Tool project shows this approach.

Does this service include internal machine repairs?

Our scope is the electrical supply and connections to the equipment. Internal controls, programming, and machine repairs should be coordinated with the manufacturer or equipment specialist.

LET’S PLAN YOUR EQUIPMENT POWER

Adding machinery or moving production?

Share your equipment information, floor plan, and target date so we can plan the power connections.
