SAFETY & TRAINING
Skilled people. Safer projects.
Training and safety are part of how we prepare for the work.
Learning in the classroom.
Growing on the job.
As members of ABC, we support apprentices through a four-level electrical curriculum and hands-on experience alongside experienced electricians. Classroom topics include electrical theory, circuits, blueprints, equipment, and the National Electrical Code.
Safety in practice
- Hazard recognition and jobsite preparation
- Personal protective equipment and proper tool use
- Lockout/tagout procedures and OSHA requirements
- Personal responsibility and continuous improvement
We coordinate site requirements with project teams and encourage employees to take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of the people around them.
