Safety & Skills
Training includes jobsite safety, OSHA requirements, personal protective equipment, lockout/tagout procedures, proper tool use, and hazard recognition. Apprentices must develop the practical skills and competency required to progress through the program.
On-The-Job Training
Apprentices gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced electricians, allowing them to apply classroom knowledge on active construction projects. ABC Illinois combines employer-sponsored classroom instruction with on-the-job training
Classroom Training
Our apprentices complete a structured, four-level electrical curriculum covering electrical theory, blueprints, circuits, equipment, and the National Electrical Code.
